Kevin D. Poush is a trial and transactional attorney whose practice has focused on civil litigation, personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes, and premises liability. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration on Policy & Law from Cal State Long Beach. Mr. Poush also received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School as part of the accelerated 2-year SCALE program.
While at Long Beach, he was a member of the highly regarded Moot Court team, where he won several tournaments. While at Southwestern, Mr. Poush excelled as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program.
Through his life experiences, education, and dedication to his craft, Mr. Poush has gained the skills to continue being a zealous and loyal advocate for his clients, has facilitated numerous favorable settlements and mediations, and strives to conduct himself with dignity, courtesy, and integrity at all times.
